We currently do not allow used product to be sent back. There is no way of us to verify if a product has been changed or mixed so we must only take back new unused product.
We accept returns on most unopened/unused items within 30 days of delivery. We are unable to accept the following items for a return: Luxury Leather Laces & Airbrushes that have had the plastic packaging/seal removed. If you’d like to return an item, please e-mail us to receive an RMA form.
