When soles have turned yellow it is due to oxidation that occurs through time. The product used to reverse this problem is Sole Bright.
This works on most soles and clear soles that have yellowed over time.
How to use Sole Bright
Apply a light/medium coat of Sole Bright to Oxidized parts of shoes to be treated.
Make sure to apply very lightly around edges to avoid the product from running onto unwanted areas. Avoid contact with non-rubber materials as it may burn them.
Cover in clear wrap to prevent the product from evaporating.
Leave in sun for a 1-6 hours (1 hr for midsoles, 4-6 hours for clear/icy soles). Check back periodically.
Multiple sessions are necessary for clear/icy soles and older shoes.
TIPS:
Try to place shoe as level as possible to avoid run-off onto unwanted areas.
Multiple sessions will be necessary for extremely yellowed soles/material.
Sole separation may occur in extremely hot weather. We suggest stuffing the shoe with a sandwich bag filled with ice to avoid separation.
Don’t be fooled by other products that say you can get a sole clear in one session that is heavily yellowed.
It is always best to test the cleaner on a inconspicuous area just to make sure it reacts well to the material. Especially true on nappy suede as the dye tends to be weak on them.

All Purpose Foam cleaner would be the strongest cleaner we carry. It is perfect for midsoles and soles of sneakers and tough to clean areas. We do not suggest it on very gentle suedes.
The best way to use Angelus Easy Cleaner is to have a cup of warm cleaner water, a cleaning brush and a clean rag with you. Apply Angelus Easy Cleaner to the brush and start scrubbing. Using a warm clean water, clean off the brush in between sessions. After that dry the shoe off with a clean rag or microfiber.

When cleaning leather with Angelus Easy Cleaner, apply cleaner to brush and begin to scrub dirty area. When done wipe off excess soap with a clean towel and repeat if more cleaning is needed.
When cleaning suede, we highly recommend using our Angelus Foam-Tex Cleaning Kit. Begin by using the provided brush to gently brush away any dirt or debris.
STEP 2
Depress the pump handle to apply Angelus Foam-Tex directly onto the suede. Apply enough product until almost the entire surface is covered.
STEP 3
Use the provided brush to work the Angelus Foam-Tex in circular motions using a minimum amount of force. Work quickly to prevent the product from dissipating.
STEP 4
Wipe off the excess product using the provided microfiber towel. Continue to dry the rest of the suede as much as possible. Leave to dry for at least 24 hours.
STEP 5
After the suede has completely dried for at least 24 hours, the nap of the suede may be laying down and or feel slightly stiff. Using the same brush, brush the suede in a back and forth motion to loosen and raise the nap. If the nap of the suede is very long and stiff, you may receive better results loosening the nap using our Nubuck & Suede Set.
