Due to flammability and postal regulations, we are unable to ship certain items outside of the U.S. Lower 48 States. These items are listed below:

At the moment, 3oz. Leather Dye cannot be sold within California due to C.A.R.B. restrictions. This is only temporary and we are working directly with C.A.R.B. to have this rectified.

Unfortunately RDboutique.com cannot be held responsible for packages that go missing once the tracking info shows that it’s been Delivered. We recommend visiting your local Post Office to see if they can locate your package. In our experience, it can sometimes take an additional 2-4 days for packages to find their way to your address even after it states that it’s been delivered. If USPS Priority shipping was chosen, feel free to file a claim through USPS regarding a lost or stolen package.

Unfortunately, packages can get delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. Sometimes due to weather, and other times due to package volume at your local USPS hub. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for your tracking info to update.

Our system automatically sends you an e-mail containing the tracking information as soon as your order is being prepared for shipment. Check your tracking link often for updates on the location of your package as well as the estimated delivery date.

We ship worldwide for great prices but can not ship any aerosol, flammable liquids, or products larger than 8 oz. (e.g. Pints, Quarts, Gallons). For a full list.

Please note that the customer is responsible for additional taxes or Custom’s Fees (if any) upon arrival of the package. If package is refused or undeliverable for any reason, a refund will be given minus any Shipping Costs/Duties/Taxes/Customs fees. Please allow up to 30 days to receive a refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Commercial Invoices will include the full retail value of all products and will not account for any discounts/promotions.

Please note that rdboutique.com will not ship to any mail forwarding services. NO EXCEPTIONS.

We offer shipping methods through a few different carriers. For USPS, our shipping options are: USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Free Shipping orders may ship via Priority Mail or FedEx Ground, whichever we deem more appropriate for the order size.

We also have international shipping options available through USPS (Tracked by Globegistics) and FedEx (International Priority).
